Welcome to Physical Therapy, the way it was intended to be!

Our entire philosophy is that Physical Therapy should be evidence-based, holistic, and individually catered. Each patient has a unique history and set of symptoms.

Our results are REAL. Our methods are substantial. We work with our patients as a team to reach the optimum goals. Come to Grasmere PT and see the difference!

At Grasmere PT, we are committed to excellence. That means no gimmicks; just real PT to get you back on your feet and back to your prior level of functioning.

The first step of your recovery is a comprehensive evaluation done by a licensed physical therapist which will be specific to your condition.

  1. The physical therapist will ask you questions about your symptoms and will perform a variety of tests which will help confirm your diagnosis.

  2. A treatment plan, also known as a Plan of Care (POC) will be formulated which will include all of the treatment types/procedures you will undergo during your course of care.

  3. This plan of care will be sent to your referring physician so all clinicians treating you are on the same track.
