Welcome to Physical Therapy, the way it was intended to be!
Our entire philosophy is that Physical Therapy should be evidence-based, holistic, and individually catered. Each patient has a unique history and set of symptoms.
Our results are REAL. Our methods are substantial. We work with our patients as a team to reach the optimum goals. Come to Grasmere PT and see the difference!
At Grasmere PT, we are committed to excellence. That means no gimmicks; just real PT to get you back on your feet and back to your prior level of functioning.
The first step of your recovery is a comprehensive evaluation done by a licensed physical therapist which will be specific to your condition.
-
The physical therapist will ask you questions about your symptoms and will perform a variety of tests which will help confirm your diagnosis.
-
A treatment plan, also known as a Plan of Care (POC) will be formulated which will include all of the treatment types/procedures you will undergo during your course of care.
-
This plan of care will be sent to your referring physician so all clinicians treating you are on the same track.
